Our journey bridging the skills gap

Brights was founded with one essential question: "Is there a more efficient way to bridge the skills gap?" In 2015, the IT and tech sector faced a massive talent shortage. Traditional models couldn't keep pace, so we created a new approach to building skills – faster, tailored, and focused on real business impact.Our first program launched in Stockholm, training future developers in C#. That was just the beginning. Today, with offices in four countries, we support organizations globally with their learning needs across a broad range of industries – helping them close critical skill gaps and prepare their workforce for the future.
